Net Carbs = Total Carbs - Dietary Fiber - Sugar Alcohols (for non-digestible sugar alcohols like erythritol).
Net carbs are one of the most important metrics in keto and low-carb diets because dietary fiber and some sugar alcohols are not digested or absorbed by the body and don't raise blood sugar.
Note: Maltitol and sorbitol are partially absorbed โ when using these, consider deducting only 50%. Different low-carb plans may define net carbs slightly differently.
