DPI (dots per inch) determines the conversion between pixels and physical units. Standard screens are 96 DPI, Retina displays are typically 192 or higher. Setting the correct DPI gives more accurate cm/inch conversions.
Pixel measurements are precise. Physical unit accuracy depends on your DPI setting matching your actual screen. We recommend calibrating by measuring a known physical object.
