How is OKR different from KPI?

OKR is a goal-setting framework with ambitious, qualitative objectives and measurable key results. KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is an ongoing performance metric. OKRs push for breakthrough results; KPIs monitor steady-state performance.

How many Key Results per Objective?

Typically 3-5 Key Results per Objective. Too few won't measure comprehensively; too many will dilute focus. Each KR should have a clear starting value, target value, and unit of measurement.
