- Customer Churn = Churned Customers ÷ Starting Customers × 100%
- Annual Churn = 1 - (1 - Monthly Churn)^12
- Revenue Churn = (Start MRR + New MRR - End MRR) ÷ Start MRR
- NRR = (Start MRR + Expansion MRR - Churned MRR) ÷ Start MRR × 100%
- Avg Lifetime = 1 ÷ Monthly Churn Rate (months)
- Monthly churn < 2% is good, > 5% is a red flag
