What is Planning Poker?
Planning Poker is a collaborative estimation technique used in agile development to estimate user story complexity. Team members each select a Fibonacci sequence card to represent their estimate, then reveal simultaneously, discuss differences, and reach consensus.
What card sequence does Planning Poker use?
Typically a modified Fibonacci sequence: 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40, 100, plus ? (uncertain) and β (need a break).
How to use this online tool?
