What video formats are supported?▼
All major browser-compatible formats: MP4, WebM, AVI, MOV, OGG. Output is WebM (VP8/VP9) preserving original resolution and frame rate. You can preview the speed effect before exporting.
Does the audio pitch change at different speeds?▼
By default pitch preservation is enabled — audio stays natural at any speed. Disable it to let pitch change with speed (higher for faster playback, lower for slower). The option can be toggled anytime before processing.
What speed should I use for different purposes?▼
0.25x-0.5x: Analyze sports or tutorials in slow motion; 1x-2x: Daily viewing (1.5x is comfortable); 2x-4x: Browse meetings, lectures quickly; 4x-8x: Extreme speed for finding specific segments in long content.
Is my video uploaded to a server?▼
No. Processing happens entirely in your browser. Your video is never uploaded anywhere. Data is released from memory immediately after processing. Safe for sensitive content.
Are there file size or duration limits?▼
No hard limits, but we recommend under 30 minutes or 2GB for smooth performance. Higher speed multipliers process faster. Keep the browser tab active during processing.
