Do I need to download anything to use the online piano?
No. This piano is a pure web tool. Open it in your browser and start playing immediately. No downloads or plugins required.
How do I play with my computer keyboard?
Use letter keys to play: bottom row Z-M for low octave white keys, middle row A-L for mid octave, and number keys 1-0 for high octave. Black keys use the symbol keys above the corresponding letters/numbers.
What tones are available?
Piano, Electric Piano, Organ, and Synthesizer tones are available, all synthesized via Web Audio API with no audio file loading required.
How is the sound quality?
Sound is synthesized using Web Audio API oscillators with sustain pedal and volume control. While not professional sample quality, it's sufficient for practice and entertainment.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. Touch input is supported—just tap the keys to play. Landscape mode is recommended for the best experience.
Does it support recording and playback?
Yes. Click the record button to start, play your piece, then stop. You can play back your recording. Data is stored locally in your browser.
