8 core emotions: joy, trust, fear, surprise, sadness, disgust, anger, and anticipation. These are the base feelings on which all others are built.
Three intensity levels: each core emotion has a strong (outer ring), medium (middle ring), and weak (inner ring) form. For example: rage โ anger โ annoyance.
Mixed emotions: two base emotions can combine into a new feeling, such as joy + trust = love, or sadness + surprise = disappointment.

Use it daily
Daily check-in: each day, pick one emotion, note what triggered it, and decide what you will do about it. This builds self-awareness.
Express yourself: use precise words for your feelings instead of vague ones โ a richer vocabulary helps communication.
For families: help children name their emotions and build emotional intelligence (EQ).
At work: track your emotional state and adjust how you handle tasks and colleagues.
